Nikki has been a Community Manager, led a global team of Community Managers, moved into Community Operations and was Shopify's first Senior Community Strategist to help scale their efforts across a 10,000+ person organization and for their over 2million customers.
Now, she is the Regional Vice President, Digital Engagement & Community at Calix and also the founder of The Community Community, a community for Senior Community Professionals.
Beth McIntyre
Beth McIntyre is the Director of Community at Bevy Labs, where she leads CMX, the world’s largest network of community professionals. She oversees CMX’s flagship programs, including the Community Industry Report, Community Industry Awards, and CMX Summit. With eight years of experience building community-led initiatives—from global volunteer programs to industry-shaping reports—Beth is passionate about proving the business impact of community while empowering teams and leaders to grow and succeed.
Avely Pütsep
Avely Pütsep is a community specialist making things happen in US and Estonia, and in-between. By weaving together marketing, community, and psychology, her approach is very human. Through endless conversations with community professionals and her role curating Remote Daily events, Avely is right in the middle of it all — the past, what’s changing, and where the community space might be headed next.
