The Remote Daily story

How it all started

Launched under pandemic lockdown in March 2020, Remote Daily started as a live talk show via Zoom, gathering leaders on the future of work including investor Mark Cuban, futurist Amy Webb and NASA-scientist Michelle Thaller, and bringing them together with a lively audience.

Our company

Demand for the show, hosted by journalist Felix Zeltner, eventually led to the founding of Remote Daily LLC in 2021: a boutique agency specialized in live, interactive experiences such as video podcasts, talk shows, or internal town halls. The Remote Daily team connects people, creates safe spaces for real talk, and builds measurable success for organizations all around the world – including industry leaders such as Citi, Airbnb, Dubai Future Foundation and Frankfurt Book Fair. High-quality production, award-winning journalism, world-class live music & mindfulness, based on an organization’s KPIs and community-goals are Remote Daily’s key ingredients to deliver success. Most recently, Remote Daily announced media partnerships with Quartz and Forbes and launched its spin-off SALON, a partnership with NeueHouse, happening live in-person in New York City.

Since its start as a daily Zoom show in 2020, Remote Daily was all about the future of work and community building. Now, we have evolved into talking with the most unlikely, coolest, and badass builders.
Remote Daily is now building the Unreasonable podcast with Felix Zeltner. Join us to connect with the coolest builders in the world who make the unreasonable happen. Like quitting a powerful job at a huge company. Or running to be the mayor of a city. Or being a creative human in the age of AI. Or teaching millions online on how to farm. Or writing a book that goes against the common belief that we’re all doomed.
