As the founder and CEO of Jennifer Brown Consulting, she has spent over two decades helping organizations build more inclusive workplaces where everyone can thrive. Through her speaking platform, Jennifer Brown Speaks, she inspires audiences around the world with powerful stories and actionable insights on authenticity, allyship, and leading inclusive change.
A best-selling author of books including Inclusion, How to Be an Inclusive Leader, and Beyond Diversity (co-authored with Rohit Bhargava), Jennifer’s thought leadership has been featured in media outlets such as The New York Times, Forbes, and Harvard Business Review. With a background in opera and a Master’s in Organizational Change Management, she brings a unique blend of artistry and strategic thinking to her work.
