Web3 & communities: the new frontier

Web3 & communities: the new frontier

Web3 was hailed as the dawn of a new internet – bottom-up, community-built, immersive – with a strong focus on transparency and data ownership, fixing the mistakes of web1 and web2 and reuniting humankind. What is left of that vision? How does community really work in web3? And how can we be a part of it?

Let’s dig into communities in the age of web3 in a roundtable discussion + Q&A with experts in the field: Athena Demos, co-founder and CEO of Big Rock Creative, & Wagner James Au, author of Making a Metaverse That Matters.

*Please note this panel will not be livestreamed. All the action happens right in the Zoom room!
