How to Ditch Your Camouflage as a Leader with Jenn Donahue

According to the American Association of University Women, “Women make up only 28% of the workforce in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM), and men vastly outnumber women majoring in most STEM fields in college.” 


Jenn Donahue is an engineer PHD and US Navy Captain who runs JL Donahue Engineering. In her 26 year military career, Jenn built a bridge across the Euphrates River during the Iraq war and commanded an 800-personnel Battalion in Afghanistan. She will speak with Remote Daily about her experience as a woman in engineering, mentoring young leaders and shedding your “camo” to be your most authentic self.
